New Board Room Table
A new board room table that would complement a beautiful model display of their ships was required by Lomar Shipping. It also needed to be in keeping with high ceilings and original features of the room. We suggested the Fulcrum range from Sven which is a range of high quality executive furniture in veneer, solid wood and high gloss lacquer. A barrel shaped Board Room table with inlaid veneer was chosen. The table also has provision for cable management supporting the need of modern technology within their business.
New Board Room Seating
For the seating we used Sven’s Freefloat chair which has a central pivot ensuring the chair follows the users’ movements naturally and without conscious thought, the chair requires no user adjustment, and because no controls are required the Freefloat mechanism does not alter the visual appearance of the chair.

A New Reception Desk
Lomar’s brief was for us to design a reception unit which closely matched that of their partner Libra who are located next door. The bespoke unit is formed of three sections at counter height with a stunning Corian centre piece. Behind the counter is an integral desk surface with ample room for two people to work giving the Lomar reception its own identity.
